  • CroKros online shopping accepts payment via Stripe and Apple Pay, while in-store products can be purchased with cash or card payment (you can find our physical products in Međugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina)

  • All CroKros products can be purchased through the online shop or by direct inquiry to crokros@crokros.com. Physical products you can find in Međugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  • Delivery for all our products purchased through the CroKros online store in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is FREE.

    Delivery abroad is charged depending on the destination of the order. Delivery prices are visible when checkout.

  • Yes. To confirm your card, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your bank card statement. Failure to do so may result in your payment being declined or not being fully processed.

  • You can cancel the order within 6 hours from the moment of purchase by sending a message to this link. An order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Orders placed through the CroKros online store include a 30-day money-back guarantee beginning on the day the item ships. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at this link.

    If you purchased your CroKros product from a retailer, please contact that retailer for information on their return policy.

    To receive a refund on your purchase, all eligible items must be returned to us regardless of condition (opened/unopened).

    To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support directly at this link. The return must be approved by customer service, in case of unauthorized product return, the return may be refused.

    Once the return has been authorized and a return address has been sent to you, please be sure to send the return within 30 days, as return packages sent after 30 days of authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

    Return packages must be sent by registered mail that includes a tracking number.

    Please note that the buyer is responsible for postage/shipping charges for returns.

    Once we receive the returned goods, please allow up to 3 working days for our team to verify the condition of the returned items.

    After that, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the item. Refunds are usually visible within 5-7 days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Lumidream d.o.o. guarantees that the original article purchased from Lumidream (via Crokros.com page) or an authorized reseller will be fault-free under normal use for the period of several weeks that the fragrance of the individual product lasts.

    Please note that due to the delicate nature of the cardboard from which the air fresheners are made, please treat your CroKros product with extra care, as we cannot guarantee a refund in the event of tearing, misuse or mechanical wear and tear.
