RETURNS

Shipping of all our products to the territory of the Republic of Croatia is FREE.

Delivery from Croatia to other EU members and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia is charged €3.50.

Delivery to non-EU countries is charged €47.

Our products are delivered via Croatian Post. We know that they are a bit slow, but we want to support the Croatian product and the people who work at the Croatian Post, because we believe that investing in the Croatian state and its people is a smart decision in the long term.

Within the European Union it usually takes 6 to 8 working days for our packages to be delivered. International orders usually take 8 to 14 business days to arrive at their destination. 'Business days' are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

For orders shipping to Asia, North and South America, Canada, Australia and the Middle East, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. It is often much faster. We endeavor to ship the ordered items as soon as possible, but we will not be responsible for any delays or damages incurred during transit.

Once you submit your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days before it leaves our warehouse. Orders placed by 9:00 am can be shipped the same day.

Process:

Once you've completed your checkout, your order is usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

Once your order has been processed, it leaves our warehouse.

Once shipped, receive tracking information via email.

As soon as the package is delivered, you will receive an e-mail.

You can cancel the order within 6 hours from the moment of purchase by sending a message to crokros@crokros.com. An order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been processed and prepared for shipment.

Orders placed through the CroKros online store include a 30-day money-back guarantee beginning on the day the item ships. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support directly at crokros@crokros.com.

If you purchased your CroKros product from a retailer, please contact that retailer for information on their return policy.

To receive a refund on your purchase, all eligible items must be returned to us regardless of condition (opened/unopened).

Once the return has been authorized and a return address has been sent to you, please be sure to send the return within 30 days, as return packages sent after 30 days of authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Return packages must be sent by registered mail that includes a tracking number.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for postage/shipping charges for returns.

Once we receive the returned goods, please allow up to 3 working days for our team to verify the condition of the returned items.

After that, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the item. Refunds are usually visible within 5-7 days, depending on your financial institution.
